This small sized antique Russian Orthodox Cross has a beautiful brown patina from oxidizing overtime. On the back of the medal is a Maltese Cross. The original medal is set in a 14k Yellow Gold 3.77g, Diamond 1.12 tcw, and Rhodium Sterling bezel.
